Complement, a French startup specializing in AI virtual instructors and the creation of interactive e-learning modules, announces its selection as a laureate of the Réseau Entreprendre Essonne following a demanding evaluation process that concluded with a Grand Jury composed of business leaders.
This distinction includes the awarding of an honor loan and personalized mentoring from business leaders who are members of the network, to support the company’s structuring and acceleration.
A demanding selection process
Integration into the Réseau Entreprendre Essonne followed several individual interviews with 3 network members, audits of the business model and commercial and financial performance, and finally a Grand Jury meeting involving former laureates.
This intentionally selective process aims to identify companies with high growth potential and territorial impact.
Non-dilutive financing and executive mentoring
The program includes:
- A zero-interest honor loan, strengthening the company's equity
- Individual, multi-year mentoring by a business leader
- Access to a community of committed entrepreneurs
- Monthly group workshops and peer-to-peer exchanges between program laureates
